Carb bulb is good and it looks like the carb was replaced. Green Machine GH24 Hedge Trimmer Full Robin Engine Assembly Parts Lot, Untested, from estate sale. Not sure what the deal is but engine was boxed up nice on a shelf and I couldn't find any other parts to it. Sold as-is for parts/repair, please see photos and close ups.

Pull Start works, compression feels good. I found another relay in the box with it so its possible that a spare or old one was replaced, but who knows extra is included.
