Still works,the gears ,gearbox are not stripped or damaged. You decide what it is worth. Unit is being sold as-is for parts only, maybe you can fix it or just strip.

Something is just preventing it from opening all the way straight. I do not know what is wrong with it, it has been open or taken apart. Stihl hl long hedge trimmer head attachment hl-km 145 unit was only used for about two weeks and is basically new. Will close and open as far you see it in the pics, no more.

Unit is broken and will not articulate all the way open anymore.
