As this is a used non-operational hedge trimmer, there no return for item. I do not have a reliable compression gauge so could test the engine. Its a little dirty but there are no signs of misuse or abuse. But that's it.

But honestly, it is hard to be certain with small displacement engines. The reciprocating gear case has no signs of grease leakage. I did inspect the cylinder and piston via spark plug hole with a scope both items looked very good no signs of significant scoring or other damage.

However, it does feel pretty good. The cutters are not frozen and they freely operate.

Could very well be a simple fuel system issue, but I honestly am not sure.

The box is relatively large 36 x 16 12, so postal service may charge an oversize fee. Upon inspection, there does not appear to be missing any parts or have significant damage. There is no flat rate price, only the amount necessary to deliver trimmer your chosen address.

All fasteners are in place. It does not run currently, but have a good ignition system with hot spark.
