Not mint in well used condition. Please be knowledgeable only because I am relying on someone else information. The item runs and is fairly long ,it has either Bakelite red handles or its an early form of plastic rubber.

This piece is truly a collectors edition, not sure if the first one manufactured or not, but the owner claims he purchased between the mid 40's to very early 50's. And be sure to view all pictures and use the zoom.
